User Agreement
Introduction
This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you, the user of the CircleNote app (“app”), and the developer of the app. By downloading and using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement, do not download or use the app.
Privacy Policy
Subscriptions
The app may offer a subscription service that provides access to certain features or services. If you choose to subscribe, payment will be charged to your account and automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings. The subscription price and subscription period will be clearly stated in the app and may vary based on the subscription plan selected.
Proprietary Rights
The app, its content and all intellectual property rights related to it, including but not limited to, software, algorithms, and data, are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
User Input
You acknowledge that any information or content you provide through the use of the app, including but not limited to your answers to the decision-making questions, may be sent to third-party services, including but not limited to OpenAI, for processing and analysis. You agree that the developer may use this information to provide you with the services offered through the app and to improve the app. You represent and warrant that any information you provide through the app will be accurate and not violate any laws or the rights of any third party.
Limitation of Liability
The developer of the app shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by the app and shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the app.
Changes to the User Agreement
The developer reserves the right to change this User Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the app after any changes to the User Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app is used. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this User Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of such jurisdiction.
